Please implement snmp v2c and 64-bit counters on the RB260GS.

These are gigabit ports and 32-bit counters can get quickly overrun under high traffic.

We attempted to connect an RB260GS freshly loaded with latest 1.14 to a Ciena 3930 that was placed at a site by ATT. The connection was GigE copper - with a 6 foot Cat6 cable. We are still trying to determine the exact setting of the Ciena GigE port from ATT, but we believe they are hard-coded to 10...
