analysis the logs

I store my webproxy logs to usb disk, i.e pendrive,
now i want to analysis the logs, the file extension of the log file is .txt,
but wen i open on notpad i dont understand anything,
so is there any way to review the logs with any pc application?

webproxy logs

My Mikrotik RouterBOARD RB750 is running as Hotspot firewall, now my problem is that i want to generate webproxy logs with user MAC address and save it to a usb disk i.e a pendrive. I have the way to save it to a remote location i.e a computer, but i dont want to involve any computer for saving logs...

I would like to send log files from my WebProxy where the visited pages are included. Daily these files is about 5. The path to the log file is usb1/log.txt, and more are usb1/log1.txt, usb/log2.txt and so on. What I need to do in addition to these log files to be sent, for example, every day at 3 ...
