Is anyone experiencing very bad wifi performance on hAP Lite?

No matter what device I use, or good my signal is, I can't get more than 20Mbit.
I've already done this command but that didn't work

I'm using a hAP Lite and there is only a wireless-cm2 package for that device.
Also, packetfence does not do what I want.

You may look into the PacketFence project. It supports what you are asking with MikroTik devices. Are you sure?
