Hallo when u are with local forward disable from caps the hardware offload this will be fix your problem

my setup is 2 ssid (1ap,1virtualap) per accespoint i use non overlaping channels 1,6,11. In first ssid all works good at second ssid (virtual ap) the roaming not work.
