IP> ARP in winbox?

but when user disconnect , ip - arp not remove it.
i want to get real time ip&mac list.

depending on what you mean with "active ip & mac"

if computer disconnection , arp list always have it.
i just want to get real time active ip&mac list...

You can try to put together the exit of theses commands:
* / ip arp print
* / ip dhcp-server lease print
