Yes I'm using the first port (WAN port) for netinstall connection.
I don't have any hyperv installed and I also tried to disable all "network adapters", except the physical ethernet card.
The bricked mikrotik have a different LED blinking procedure (while booting) than my other 2HnD's.

Win10 and Win XP. Netinstall works for my other RB951G-2HnD's, not for the bricked device.
