In my corporate some users keep download video, movies, all night day, I want to limit just only download but not everything else.

Mikrotik will not even know about the communication because the switch will directly forward it to the correct PC.

I try to search other resource but no match my need.

How do I combine bandwidth 2 ISP with load-balancing, ISP 1 is 150MB and ISP 2 10MB combined 2 WAN to get 160MB with load-balancing.

Note: currently I have IPSec for site-to-site on ISP 1.
