Re: Public-Mikrotik-Bandwidth-Test-Server(s)

Hi Tom, great that you support the community this way! Thanks.

I just tried from 4 different locations and I always get "can't connect"... Has some other settings been changed? I've always used TCP/both directions...

CRS326-24G-2S+ drops all connectivity each 50 s

Hello I've installed a newly bought CRS326-24G-2S+. It's connected behind a RB5009UPr+S+ through SFP+, the config is rather basic. Immediately after installation end users complained about frequent unavailability of the network. Each minute they had 5-10 seconds without connectivity. I've checked th...

Re: CRS125-24G-1S random port flapping on different interfaces on multiple switches

So. It's not the power adapter, it's not the cabling, it's not fixed with a firmware upgrade... Any other suggestions? I could try to do a factory reset but I prefer not to. When port flapping I see that different speeds are negotiated, seems to me like a bug with the auto negotiation implementation?

Re: Telnet function not working anymore since several versions

Cool, thanks for the hint! There it works indeed. Although, I don't agree with winbox being better. I'd prefer working with a web interface, I've experienced multiple connection issues with winbox for external devices which I don't have when connecting through the web interface. Could you perhaps co...

Re: Telnet function not working anymore since several versions

Hi Thanks for responding. As I've said, the issue is that nothing happens when clicking on Telnet under Tools while another screen should open. It used to open in the past but since a few versions it doesn't anymore. I'm sorry but your questions are irrelevant :). Any other thoughts? Developer mode ...

Telnet function not working anymore since several versions

Hi everyone Since a few upgrades back I've noticed that the built in Telnet function is not working anymore using any web browser with RouterBoard. Clicking 'Telnet' changes the URL in the address bar but that's it, nothing happens. In the past a new dialog box opened with the telnet interface but t...

Re: CRS125-24G-1S frequent reconnects on different interfaces on multiple switches

Hi; tried but failed. It's also not caused by the cabling because I tested it now with the same switch in another building, same issue. Switch broken?

Ok, I will try that. Any other suggestions in the meantime? Perhaps someone had the same experience once?

CRS125-24G-1S random port flapping on different interfaces on multiple switches

Hello I have the following network set up in multiple buildings. The buildings are 'student homes' with end user numbers varying from 7 to 24 depending on the location. We only offer them a LAN connection on a shared internet line. The students sometimes connect their own wireless router (eg. linksys...

Re: CRS125 web interface not reachable over NAT via RB2011, help!

Pity that no one seems to care... I can't be the only one facing this issue? I've made a test setup at home, connecting a CRS via SFP to an rb2011. When connecting via the WAN of the RB2011 it's not possible to go to the CRS webfig... If added a NAT rule in the RB2011 to forward incomfing traffic on...

Re: NAT from RB2011 to CRS125 not working

Hi, yes that actually is set. Btw, the problem also exists when only 1 PPPoE is active. I managed to get in the switch by using the tools > telnet function on the router and then giving in the IP address of the switch. So I figured, if I can telnet from the router to the switch, this should also wor...

CRS125 web interface not reachable over NAT via RB2011, help!

Hi We recently replaced our L2 switches on each location with the MikroTik CRS125-24G-15-RM (switch) to enable extra configuration capabilities. They are connected to a RB2011UiAS-2HnD-IN (router) via SFP which is bridged with 2 VDSL modems. The router is responsible for the PPPoE connection via 2 e...

Re: rb3011 based on ARM CPU

And so, distracted by technicalities, everyone seems to have forgotten that RB3011 should have been available for a month already, which isn't. So I'm wondering, is there something really wrong with the new to be product and should I go and buy something else?
