Feature Request: Multiple ISPs on ONE mikrotik Network

Hi Mikrotik only allows ONE IP for Radius authentication. Secondary IP's are ONLY for failover. Is it possible to add a feature that more than 1 RADIUS server can be added for NOT FAILOVER purposes. So that it round-robin authenticate. e.g. RADIUS 10.0.0.1 ISP1 RADIUS 10.0.0.2 ISP2 RADIUS 10.0.0.3 I...

Re: multiple radius on single wifi network

The problem is: How can know the MK where should be validating an incoming connection client in one radius or other radius? The simplest way is to have only ONE radius server, with private zones for each wisp. In this way one wisp can add, modify, etc., only her users without the other wisp can man...

Thanks a lot, but why not video compression? ~800mb for 20-30mins.

Please use some form of video compression!

Hi We are 2 wisps that want to share the same infrastructure. How can we run 2 radius servers for each of our clients? Radius servers hosted on same location. Example. Wisp 1 . Wisp 2 Client from wisp 2 pppoe auth. To wisp 1, gets rejected since account not on radius. Automatically tries to auth wit...

Is it possible to plug in a single power adapter in a wall socket, then run poe and split the poe's power between 2 routerboards? If not, is it possible to run normal 230V power through an ethernet cable without the plastic melting? I basically have one ethernet cable to use to get power. Its the on...

Ok I have tried this, but I can't get the mac addresses to pass through a router. Re: MT Hotspot Page as a Gateway/Firewall

Will this create a situation where a single packet sent at one point of the wireless network will propagate throughout the whole network?

so that a transfer on the one side of the network will create a lot of traffic all over the network?

Is it possible to use a single mikrotik router as a hotspot gateway. Say all the routers in the network route to a central mikrotik, all on the same interface. Because my urge to throw away this level 6 RouterOS+Userman license away and buy something else is getting closer, but what do you guys care, you already got the money.

p.s. I seriously don't want to use some other Radius manager, like radius billing manager.
