RB751U-2HnD has only 2.4gzh wireless radio. You need to use different Routerboard if you want to use 5ghz.

when i power it by POE it turn on few seconds then after 10 seconds it turn off by itself , no light nothing.
but if i power it to the DC connector it stays on and works fine.
it is brand new.

You have to set up web server somewhere and then just use netwatch that will enable nat rule which forwards all tcp/80 traffic to your internal webserver.
