I'm having the same issue on CHR (x86_64). With 7.1.5, everything is worklng fine with the OpenVPN TCP road warrior conections. With 7.2.1 or 7.2.3, no connection is established. It looks like a timeout.

Any chance this is related?

The exact same thing happened to be when trying to connect multiple subnets via IPSEC between a MikroTik CCR running 6.45.3 and a Securepoint UTM 11.7. Setting the level to "unique" helped immediately.
