then...in this case, what could i do to backup my client data in the UM?
the routerOS setting is return to the previous backup setting when i revealing the backup file but the client data in the UM is gone!
jeezz..it never happened before..

I have problem here.. I'm using 2.9.38 package. Everything is working fine both the UM and hotspot+RADIUS. But everytime i revealing my backup file, my client data in the UM is gone! :cry: including my customer signed in for the UM..suddenly it's reset to default. Never happened when i'm using the o...

try to communicate your Radius Client with Userman first..
then give each of your user a different username-password that u had added in Userman..that will do the work :)

i guess it would be simple but not that easy..
the solution is to give each one of the user a password.

For MT Crew:
But for me it got to have 2 layers security login..
password as the first layer, then MAC authentication as the second layer..
is it possible to do this in UserManager?
