Yes, you are correct. If there is NO continuity then the antenna is NOT DC grounded.

You mentioned you had 13 frequencies. You actually have 3, maybe 4 that are not overlapping each other.
Why not use a 5 gig frequency for the link? Smaller antennas too. Consider circular polarization for the link.

I know this would require a major change, but have you thought of going with circular polarization. I have not tried it, but have heard this may be an answer over water. Multipath is minimized.

Ufl connectors were designed for use where space is premium, as in a Laptop. In an outdoor environment where space is not so critical and ease of maintenance is most important, the MMCX or SMA is best. I have had NO problems with the MMCX and vote for it and NO diversity switch.

My solution is less elegant, drill small weep holes in the bottom side to let the air pressure equalize and moisture that may collect, drain out. End of problem. It seems that moist air can always find a way in unless perfectly sealed, air escapes, leaving moisture behind. .
