if i traveled to another place or go to a place that is away from my Routerbord network, can i access it through the net or is there a way to control and see what is going with my router remotely?

how many users can use a 8 MB speed line without disturbing??
cuz i have a network with a 12 Antennas and an average of 30 to 40 users are using it
so i add 4 Antennas and i was wondering if there is extra users using my network wont effect the others users speed a lot ?

i gust bought a CCR1009-8G-1S-1S+ Router and i saw two power slots
so my question is how should i connect power?
is it necessary to connect both of them ? or one will be enough?
