You can't set gain for built-in antenna. This option is for devices where you attach external antenna. This product has no external antenna connector.

Quick thoughts, I'd say you could turn down the TX power level's a bit to bring RX into the -60's. Have you checked to ensure there is enough physical separation between the dynadishs?
