Re: OSPF multiple instances

We have an "outside" ospf and an "inside" ospf on our asa firewalls so that the firewalls know the whole picture inside and out, but don't leak things beyond where they're supposed to be. Please if you don't mind help me figure this out. I have my network serving customers with ...

Router and LAN has no internet, (PPPoE fibre connection)

I have setup my Mikrotik for PPPoE connection on Eth 1
The router has dialed the connection and obtained IP and DNS settings from the ISP.
I have set my NAT Masquerade rule's out interface to PPPoE-1
Bu still has no internet both ton the router and LAN
What could be the issue?

Re: Router has internet, but not LAN clients (PPPoE fibre connection)

Check your NAT rules.
I could bet the default masquerade rule has ether1 (WAN) configured as out-interface.
Switch it to your PPPoE client (UFB)

It should look like this:
/ip firewall nat
add action=masquerade chain=srcnat dst-address=0.0.0.0/0 out-interface=UFB

Re: Block Port 25 or not ?

That rule will be correct to the extent that the server is hosed behind the router in question. Am assuming that's the setup otherwise if the that is the client's gateway router, the chain should be forward Soamz: Let me explain... these four rules you have applied are not blocking incoming packets ...

Re: Block Port 25 or not ?

Am a newbie here especially on the firewall thing. I have a similar problem where my entire /23 subnet is on PBL. Am more of a routing person but I have to deal with this. Is anyone willing to help with this
