Time conditions

Hi all.

Is there a way to prevent access to a certain website if a time condition is not met?
for instance, between 6am and 9:30am I dont want access to Youtube to be available......yes as you can guess, I want to stop my children access youtube before they go to school !! :lol:

Anymore information on this? I found the only way to remove a user is to use the .id field. This does seem quite silly since you know the user name and the IP address, but not the ID, so why make it so you can only remove a user on a field that is not known to you unless you do a print and filter th...

yes its 9600. I am not sure however, what the connecton settings are, i.e 8 N 1 ot 7E1 etc. that the PIC Microdevice that my interface uses is expecting. Fortunitly, I can write my own PIC Micro program on another PIC Micro and make it work for me hwo I want it to.....but maybe its a weekend job :-)...

yes, I have not got back to update my post, I could not find anything doing a search on the MT site/s but google pointed me in the right direction ! and your post also pointed be to the right location :-) S now its working, but its like teh baudrate is wrong or soemthing, as the data is unintelligab...

Hi Normis. On Friday when RC1 was releases, someone asked about the ISO for RC1, and you said it woudl be updated on Monday. I have noticed is still not uploaded, and NetInstall keeps failing so i cant use that to update. When are we likely to see and ISO for RC1 ?

yes that was as I expected. I could not remember the name of the app the website I saw mentioned, but this was it.

Unless its availible for Win32 I will jsut have to implemet my own code...sigh...oh well.

Ok, so what do you do with this line of code.
Do you send it to port directly (once PHP has added values to the tags) ?
Or, are you send this line of code to another application which send the data to the port?

Not even close sorry :-) Under the Radius section there in an incoming option that listens on port 1700 or 1770...cant remember off had now. The way now is to use Telnet via our application, which, to behonest works well enough, but its a problem if MikroTik decide to change something like the locat...

I have seen a couple of things after doing a quick Google search, but nothing that really indicated to me too much, but I guess its not being implemented by many people (if anyone) since yours is the only reply.

Under your HotSpot profile, select Cookie and if you need to when the cookie will expire. This should solve the problem.

Done....and dusted.
I was able to pick one up fairly cheap from a local hardware distributor, and then I got a Level 4 Lic. from MikroTik.

THEN....I found out the MikroTik sell them WITH RouterOS on them......sigh

well the laptops are 2 different colors, but I expect thats not what you mean......so where shoudl I start looking?
