Hard to think it's a wireless problem if the Apple TVs are all wired... You should check the leases in the Mikrotik.
There is a Luxel outdoor AP still in place that, when connected with the iPad Mini, all Apple TVs show up like they are supposed to.

Hi not1337 and welcome to Mikrotik! It's hard to give you any definite answers on this, however it's unlikely to be the router since I assume the Apple TVs are disappearing on the local network? Assuming you aren't using multiple LANs the router will not be involved in this communication. Thanks! V...
