Hi, I have a hAP ac3 where the wireless is managed by an RB4011 through capsman. It is only a detail but the wireless led on hAP ac3 is not active when in caps mode. RouterOS software is on all 6.48. The wireless led is on and does blink on other cap devices. Is this a bug or a feature?

Hi, I have an mAP2n, but I see only one wireless chain in WinBox as well my clients only connect with 150mbit max. According to the specification, this should be a 2 chain device up to 300mbit. I already performed a netinstall. Does anyone has an idea hot to activate the 2nd chain? RouterOS is 6.48....

Its is a D-Link DGS-1210, which only supports active PoE. I hooked up my HAP AC to the same switch and it didn't boot. The RB4011 seems to register itself in the switch as a class 4 device meaning 802.3at.

Hi, I accidently plugged my RB4011+RM with Port 1 (PoE in) with my Dlink PoE switch and my RB4011 booted and was recognized in the switch and all worked fine. In the datasheet it says the RB4011 only accepts passive PoE in. Is it save to operate the RB4011 with a PoE 802.3af switch? Is it an undocum...

Hi, I contacted Mikrotik support with the question if they are considering such VDSL SFP modems and they stated that they successfully tested Metanoia MT-V5311 VDSL2 SFP module samples with an empty eeprom and that they are looking at the options. I guess everybody interested should write a mail to ...

Please note that VDSL is widely spread in countries like Germany. The idea with a SFP VDSL modem is very good as it is a modular solution.
I hope the Mikrotik team is considering this option.
