Sorry for such basic question but I have no idea how to start.

WAP-LTE-kit (bridge mode) -> ethernet -> (wan/eth1 with IP from ISP) RB750Gr3 (NAT) -> computer (with winbox, connected to WAP-LTE-kit management panel)

I successfully enabled bridge mode in WAP kit, but then Im loosing access to winbox service on device behind wan (WAP-LTE kit). What is minimal setup i need to do to somehow manage LTE kit when in bridge mode behind wan port?

I'm not quite sure if I understood exactly your setup, but if you want to access both equipment you will need to set different IP's for them, or else you will only see the first device next to you.

WAN port on hex board is receiving IP from ISP (like 37.x.x.x, actually public IP), and network traffic is from LTE modem passed to WAN interface of hex board, so literally you are loosing IP of RouterOS board with modem (its not visible over the ethernet wire on Layer 3).

WAP-LTE-KIT also contains routerOS that I want to access, so to make this more precise. I have no idea how to create VLAN on both devices to be connected over one wire, at the same time receiving on the same wire DHCP from ISP.

First idea was to maybe forward L2 traffic and try to connect using MAC address, but I have no idea how to properly forward it without loosing communication with hex board.

If you connect to the WAP LTE directly, you should be able to reach it with Winbox, correct?
(this is using MAC address).

Once you put the hex router between Winbox (your computer) and the LTE-WAP, that MAC/etehrnet connection does not work (again not sure).

Maybe using neighbourhood discovery protocol on the hex can help (you need to enable this then on WAN and LAN on hex).

For sure putting LTE WAP into router mode solves this and you can access it via its IP address. In that case you would not even need NAT, if this is done in the HEX.

That's the point. I want NATting and other cpu intensive stuff to be done on hex, its faster, dualcore CPU (also adblock filtering, WAP LTE is low on RAM).

So .... enabling discovery mode solves nothing, I've tried it.

if you need NAT, change the Mikrotik to router mode.
the default config would be in router mode, if you don't have a backup, just reset it to factory default. you may have to configure you LTE part but yoiu don't have to do anythying else.

I will explain again what is the "target" setup.

Wap-LTE in bridge mode -> ethernet -> (WAN, public IP from ISP) Hex3 (NAT) -> Pc

1) WAP-LTE in bridge mode because it is rather low spec board, with limited RAM, and 1 core cpu.
2) hex as NAT device due to faster hardware
3) I want to access WAP to read what is LTE connection state

Over 1 ethernet wire (wap lte with only one ethernet port) i want to achieve connection from LTE modem (bridge mode) and connection to management of that modem.

As far as i understand, my options:
1) somehow (no idea how?) forward mac connection to wan port of hex to reach mac address of eth1 of WAP-LTE (its not working, or Im doing it wrong on bridge interface of hex)
2) create VLAN's (no idea how to interconnect them)
3) other ideas? (i want hex in router mode/NAT, not as switch!)

OK I still think the easy way so to have NAT on your WAP-LTE.

However RoMon should work for you. Enable Romon on both the Wap and hex, make sure the hex can discover the Wap by RoMon. and then connecto to the Hex by "connect to RoMon", then you should see the MAC address of Wap, then it would allow you to connect to it. This is close to your option 1.
