Hi,

We have this new CCR1036-8G-2S+, usually we take out the internal PSU and Plug in our external 24vdc PSU, so it's easier to keep all equipment on site in the same UPS.

But, this new CCR came with an internal 12v PSU, the datasheet doesn’t mention the input tension range.

I appreciate if anyone help me out.

CCR1016.. & CCR1036.. r1 can be used only with 24V.
CCR1016.. & CCR1036.. r2 can be used only with 12V.

Be very careful when you change internal open frame PSU, if there will be an overvoltage, warranty will be automatically voided.
