Hi Everyone

We are starting to install WaP LTEs at our clients sites few things ive noticed.

1. I see mention of looking at the CQI under the EARFCN field but our device doesnt show it (may be because we dont get LTE in the area) all i get is: "10762 (DL freq 2152.4Mhz)"
2. there doesnt seem to be any sort of utility to do antenna alignment. RSSI doesnt seem to update all that fast by default. A RSSI graph could be neat to have here.
3. Ive noticed that when running: I get a bunch of operators listed as "A" for available when in reality they shouldnt be. Over and above that im connected to a MTN tower when i should be connecting to a Telkom tower. Telkom does roam on MTN towers in South Africa. There doesnt seem to be a way to lock into a specific provider.
4. it would be nice to get a Tower ID to match with the maps we have when running a scan.

CQI index is used only for the LTE. It looks like you have connected to the 3G tower.
We just represent the list of the scanned networks. On different LTE modems you don't see the A for the scan command?

I get an A on all networks.

Is there nothing available to lock it to a specific network or tower? Or set a priority for specific towers?

It is possible to lock to specific tower with specific AT command. You can email to support@mikrotik.com and we will provide you with more info on the command.

cell locking is implemented from 6.41RC61 as per the LTE wiki
