Hi....maybe the client should be to install the Java softwear to solve the problem.

or use another ver. of Mikrotik with Good fresh Installation or disable the web proxy cache if you don't sure how to install it with firewall and NAT rule

Good luck
Sincerely

RouterOS doesn't have anything to do with JavaScript. Look for the problem on the user PC or the website he wants to open. Try another browser, or simply turn on JavaScript as it asked.

Greetings from Miramar Beach, Florida!

If you have not solved this challenge, you might want to check your dhcp server if you are not using static IPs. Sounds like you are issuing the wrong IP/gateway on the clients if you can't ping your AP.

You might want to run ipconfig on your client machines and see what IPs you are getting from your DHCP server.

Well from the information you gave... Its like you are running the HotSpot Solution with with MT.

Line normis did say you should check the Website information or try another Browser. Normally if your clients are not logged on to the HotSpot, you can not ping your gateway from the Client System.

I suggest you reinstall and reconfigure your hotspot.

:) :)

Hi eebng_1422,

As deleola1 said, the clients shouldn't be able to get reply from the gateway/MT server if they didn't login.

Well .. in order to solve your problem, I need to know if all your clients are connected to the Hotspot server directly with wireless connection, or you are sharing some wireless client stations for a number of users ?

If that is the case, the solution is to change the Address Per Mac option in the hotspot. (I know the Java script is not related to it, but same messages appears for the same scenario).
