I've just experienced a major bug with CCR2216 and RoS 7.10.1.
All of a sudden BGP stopped working, no Connection, no Templates, nothing configured.
A reboot restored all the settings.

Any indicators of the "error" you gathered afterwards? Any log entries indicating what could have had happened?

No I don't have a remote syslog set up on that RB so if there was it's lost.

When you do not see any configuration that means that there is something waiting to timeout. Next time if happens, do a /print/log.
I have been encountering this issue when using PortChannel with interfaces within VRF.

How many BGP sessions you got? How many prefixes?

37 sessions and 650k prefixes circa.
