Router is requesting (and ignoring) IP address leases from itself, very fast. Why?

I'm getting concerned about this, I think it might be related to VRRP because of the L2 address, but that's as far as I've gotten. No other host with active lease is doing that, only this one and what I think must be the other router…

I just looked it up, it's not. It appears to be the router's MAC address as well but not really because it's got vCenter MAC addresses (005056). I looked *it* (4E84E0) up, but there's no specific result, just something vague about Roku and/or Bluetooth. It looks sort of Ubiquiti-ish, Sony-ish. Regardless, it seems to be sort of reflecting request or something. What did I mess up? :/

There router shares 15 interfaces with an L3/routing switch in a VRRP setup. OSPF is also set up. Both of those are working fine and stable:

Hopefully you can guide me out of this — I'm pretty sure it's not normal. :/
