I lost my license  [SOLVED]

Hello to the support team
I have a ccr1009 server
I downgraded a version lower than the current version
And I lost my license
The message “Router has no software key” appears
I logged into my account on the website
And enter the Request RouterBOARD license key section
Request the key by writing the sn and ID
But an error appears
Requested key not found (Error reference: MTE-500F5F-C4852A)!
You can try to write to our support if you are sure all data was entered correctly!
Can you help me

Upgrade it back and license will be restored.
Apparently that version is not supported

I upgraded to the latest versions
But it didn't work
The problem remains the same

the software ID does not remain intact
On each reboot it changes to a new number
