Hi i am having problems with my CHR install it says that my license if expired but cannot renew it. I have and existing prepaid keys but cannot activate it. It says that I cannot activate a cloned machine but i never cloned my machine and it is hosted on digital ocean. I worrited something might have happened on thier end, how can i resture my license. i cannot redo my exisitng configuration as it has a lot of clients already.. Please help me.

You can try to generate a new license ID and then renew license.

Then on the Mikrotik Portal where your CHR Keys are you can transfer from the old ID to the new ID

If you resized your CHR disk, your license will broke.
Only way is to reinstall (new ID will be generated during install).
Did the same a week ago, resized VM HDD and lost license in this node.
