hi guys

i need to install squid proxy with mikrotik as a parent proxy, cause mikrotik cache is not good.
i need to know how to connect the squid box with mikrotik ( i mean with the network or directly to mikrotik machine)
and how to configure the squid proxy to work with mikrotik
if any one useing the squid proxy as a parent proxy, please post all the details here , cause i don't have good experience in linux and squid

well... i think you may use mikrotik proxy as transparent proxy for your squid =)

Only one LAN card is required

one card, why more?
just redirect all requests to port 80 from users to squid, and from squid to mikrotik proxy

or (it would be better) setup squid with direct internet access, redirect users to mikrotik proxy without cache, and set squid as mikrotik parent proxy
