I have a problem with a MikroTik router and Netinstall:

When resetting a MikroTik hEX lite router, we have left the button pressed too long and we think it is in Netinstall mode.

We have tried to recover the Operating System of the MikroTik router using Netinstall, but the MikroTik router does not appear in Netinstall. I have looked at the MikroTik documentation and watched video tutorials, but have not been able to fix it.

I have also tried to access the router through WinBox but it does not detect the MAC nor the Ip of the router, only from time to time the MikroTik router appears but I try to connect and it does not connect and the router gets lost again (disappears) from Neighbors of WinBox.

I need help.

I've already had the problem.

You have to set the NetInstall to “Windows 7 compatibility”.

Also put it in Eth1 of the Mikrotik and keep it pressed down long enough sometimes.
