bro i have problem cpu increasing to some time 100% at the normal time

What download speeds are you getting ? Can you at least post your configuration ? What exact model do you have ?

Depends, could be also some fault in OS/HW, but profile with configuration export can help for troubleshooting.
CPU on SXTsq is not powerful, a lot of firewall rules can cause that, etc...
