1) the CSS610 has no Poe out, so not suitable, but see below.
2) the two Cap AC can be daisy chained, each one will be around 12W, so the source needs to be 802.3at i.e. max around 30 W
3) the CRS112 seems suitable, it can deliver on a single Port active PoE 802.3at 450 mA, at 48v they are not enough, you will need to power It at the max voltage, 57v and It will barely be enough, 25,65 W (it needs to be checked the voltage drop that you will have that depends on the type and length of the cables).
Be advised that this switch is also limited to 1.4 A total output, so it has to be seen what power you need on the other 7 ports.
In your setup you cannot use the built-in Power supply and you need anyway and external Power supply, and the standard Mikrotik ones are not suitable, being at only 48v.
If you don't have an actual need for the AP's to be powered through the switch the CSS610 is faster and cheaper.
And a "plain" PoE Power supply will be not so "tight" with amount of power delivered.
