The ancient ROS version is only supported by (almost) equally ancient versions of WinBox ... I'd go for something older than 3.20 (I don't remember exactly when ROS and winbox changed in this respect). Download link is e.g.
https://download.mikrotik.com/routeros/ ... winbox.exe (change "3.20" with some lower version).
I guess you can try to upgrade device to v6 by running appropriate netinstall version. However, if you aim for v7, I guess you'll have to make the step with (recent) v6 anyway to upgrade routerboot ("BIOS") to recent enough for it to be able to boot v7.
I'd definitely go with netinstall, I don't think anything in old config is actually usable nowdays.
Depending on which particular RB750 device you have running v7 might or might not be feasible. ROS v7 requires (not officially, but it does de-facto) at least 32MB of storage and 64MB RAM. Anything less and device will struggle doing anything more than "simply live". A wired-only device might be fine with only 16MB storage (but I believe all variants of RB750 have more than that). Also mind that CPU in those devices is pretty slow according to today's standards, so don't expect any kind of decent performance (except if used as a switch, configured via switch chip menus it will go wirespeed).
