Point-To-MultiPoint and AP-StationPseudobridge problem

Mon Apr 07, 2008 11:43 am

Is StationPseudobridge mode not supposed to work correctly in Point-To-MultiPoint configuration? On Point-To-Point links it works very good. However when there are more than 2 clinets connected to AP transfer rates drop dramatically (ie. from 20MB to 3MB, especially form Station to AP). When I disable those client machines, leaving only two connected everything goes back to normal.

We have many AP's (v3.3) running as AP-Bridge with 30+ clients as pseudo-bridge with no problems.

Enabling Nstreme with Pooling helps a lot. Without Nsterme it runs poorly.
