I've have a corporate laptop that runs a vpn client on it to connect to corp office, its uses udp port 7854, I'm not able to connect to the site behind the mikrotik router, is I bypass the route it works, not sure if I need to create a firewall or nat rule to allow connection to udp port 7854

How is Corporate IT going to help on a mikrottik devices, that they don't support ? If the remaining 2000+ Corp device connect to the there vpn solution without any issues hum...

Mikrotik does not block any outgoing LAN to WAN traffic by default, so why are you assuming the MT is the problem?
Further how is one supposed to provide any advice on your configuration if its not provided.

I've completely reset the mikrotik, its now working. Also Ive upgraded the device to the newest version.
