i would like to find a way to open specific page like (10.5.50.1/expire.html) to the hotspot user that have ended supscription profile inested of regular browsing

You can Manually Redirect the user IP to the particular Page,
Configure Transparant Proxy,
/ip proxy access
src-address=Customer IP Address
action=deny
redirect-to=<The web Page>
