i was trying to configure both in bridge mode

but y there is a procedure change between 133C and 411
can any one explain this

What exactly do you mean has changed? The setup in the WIKI has Pictures from ROS 2.9.XX, the 411 has ROS 3.XX, so some entries in Winbox have been added or maybe moved, but the way to make a wds bridge is still the same. Didn't it work for you? What exactly seems to be the problem?
