Hello I have an equipment with Winbox v2.9.50, The equipment possesses a Processor Pentium IV of 2.8 Ghz, 512 Mb of Memory Ram, and a Hard disk of 80GB and three (3) cards of Network. I possess two (2) channels ADSL of 2000KB, use http://wiki.mikrotik.com/wiki/Load_Balancing_Persistent, which works very well but I have a problem when I activate the Web Proxy.
The problem is that alone it uses one (1) ADSL only

That comes being the same "even" but the odd does not have traffic

Hi, you need to mark route of traffic from mikrotik (chain=output) to wan to select one gateway, or mark with even and odd to equalize the traffic.
