Hotspot or for a wireless ISP?
If it's for a hotspot, I have created a package that does authorization and billing via Authorize.net billing gateway. It's a complete package including Mikrotik, SSL, MySQL, Radius and hotspot page configurations, all you do is plug in your Authorize.net account name. tubbs@wISPdirect.com if interested.

It can be either Windows or Linux but Windows is prefered. Its just to authenticate MAC addresses and if possible do invoicing etc.
