can't view settings remotely on client boards 133c and 411

We've recently upgraded our tower equipment to rb600 board with R52H cards everything worked fine on previous setup now were having all different types of problems. The main problem now which I don't know if it's a problem with forwarding of packets or firewall in RB or what but we used to be able to remotely connect to any client boxes and view all settings or make changes. Now when we connect to a box nothing shows up no information is available in any window. We get a blank white screen for every window. All our clients have public IP Addresses handed out dynamically.

We really need more info, but it could be that your routers are running one of the first ROS3 or even ROS3 BETA versions, and they were known to be very slow when logging into Winbox. Perhaps open Winbox and wait until the windows are loaded, or Winbox freezes.

You could also TELNET into the router, and if it gives you an error saying console crashed, it could be that due to the router performing very slowly, the console and/or winbox actually crashes due to too many processes using CPU resources.

I suggest upgrading to the latest ROS.

If that is not the case, it could only be your routing or bad wireless links. Do a couple of tracert's and see if you can actually access everything as expected.
