is there any way to create punishments for users, i have 10 users, i set 1.5 mb for them but one of them
took all bandwith i want to create some rule, when some user reaches to 1.5 it will be punish lowering his bandwith
to 256 kb .

I presume you are using a hotspot. Take a look at the docs on /ip hotspot profile. Try adjusting the burst rates and time to allow 1.5M for a few seconds, then drop to a standard RX/TX rate of 256K.

thx suffer but i dont use hotspot just simple queue and queue tree , can i make this without hotspot ??

Same difference, just create it in the queue that you created for him.

Do you mean the amount that the user downloaded or the rate that he downloaded at?
