can i use pcq with pppoeclients

hi i just want to know if there is a way to use pcq for my pppoe clients if yes pls tell me how it is done also can i use buusrt to pcq also if yes tell me how. currently i am using pcq for my static ip users. i can post my pcq rules if that helps. thanks to whom well help in advance.
