Whats Does This Mean!

ROUTER HAS NEW SOFTWARE KEY

Your router has a valid key, but it will become active
only after reboot. Router will automatically reboot in a day.

it means that you have entered a key, but have not yet rebooted your router. please do it

I did reboot.

I upgraded the software to 2.8.27 because I had forgotten the password. Now its tellme my demo has expired and has halted!

What can I do to get back my license?

Wow! That would be a difficult one 'cause they were purchased long ago but still have the serial number which you can use to confirm the purchaser.

Also, whats the support email address?

Send your software key and they can find out the rest for you.
