Yes it is possible.
One of the way to do it with firewall, first rule to accept traffic for this page, second rule to drop any other traffic.

If you want to set limits only for HTTP traffic, then use web-proxy;
- enable proxy;
- add NAT redirect rule for HTTP traffic to redirect it to router itself;
- use ip proxy access, allow one web-page and deny others.

For example if i want to except the site forum.mikrotik.com then i want to allow all sites belong to the forum of mikrotik like forum.mikrotik.com/viewtopic.php?f=9&t=26296 and all urls of forum.mikrotik.com

forum.mikrotik.com should be enough to allow all pages from forum.mikrotik.com

If you want to drop from,
http://forum.mikrotik.com/some_bad_word_to_drop

then use dst-path option for it, to allow just add forum.mikrotik.com

I want to reject everything (including sub-domains about a particular site. (the organisation has several subdomains).
Even from the answer given above, I cannot figure out what the given solution was as /ip firewall filter iput , etc does not accept domain names (only IP's). In my case I need to work with wild card domain name like *yoyo* as I want no access to anything- yoyo-anything. Please help as my client is beside himself about this *yoyo* site. Thanks.
