Nstream Dual RB600 and bad performance.

Thu Sep 11, 2008 12:06 pm

Hi
I have installed 2 rb600 dual-mode nstreme but the performances are 16 mb in tx and 21 mb in rx, and values are very unstable.
the software of RB are the version 3.13 and 4 rf card used are R52H, accurate that I have set up a test laboratory and 2 stations are 10 metres away.
There are things that I left out?
Thank you.

try reducing tx power of cards
hi, thx for response,

i have changed a rf card and the situation i best, now have 35/35 mb of throughput.

I noticed that the signal drops more and more worsens the speed, we will see a 14km away with two parables dual feeds 90 cm.

thx to all

I chose the maximum, rb 600 with 4 R52 H parables dual polarization and have only one result ... Today it is a rainy and foggy day... Only problems .. link and falls back continuously, that ugly thing ...

Mate, as mentioned before turn down the TX power at both end. Miracles will happen and your link will most likely work

10 meters is too close, you have to reduce power a lot. or move them away much further

thanks for your invaluable advice. Today I moved as far as possible the frequencies and it seems better ... ps the link is now a 14 km distance between the 2 stations. We keep up to date.
Thank you.
