If I am runing hotspot server and usermananger on the same RouterOS, do I have to disable Hotspot Server, in order to login through web Interface to user mananer. I discoverd that when hotsport server is active, I cannot login to Usermanager?

use the public IP address or change the "www service" port, you can find it at: ip>>services>>www
