Bridge network no IP

Sat Sep 20, 2008 8:29 pm

I have 3 networks in the same MK router. 192.168, 10.5.50, 10.5.5. When I connect to the 10.5.5 or 10.5.50 network after the bridge is created with STP or not, I do not get any IP . When the bridge is removed I do get IP fine. Please help, what am I doing wrong?

Are you resigning the IP address to the bridge?

You're trying to use a bridge when it isn't appropriate to your situation. Check your earlier thread where people are advising you that this is the wrong approach.

Kind regards
