[3.14][Scheduler]Scheduler runs twice for no reason is bug

a scheduler that's running twice all the time and i have no idea why.

Start Time: 04:15:00
Interval: 1d 00:00:00

how to fix it?????

this happens to me as well, i receive 2 backups for each that are scheduled only once.

me too, only on some routers, not on all.
With all versions since 2.9.10.

Set time for sheduler for example:

Start Time: 04:15:20
Interval: 1d 00:00:00

This only hapend when is set 00 for seconds.
