I am using Idirect Netmodem with RouterOS v3.13. The Idirect is having high session counts thereby slowing down my browsing speed. Is there anything I can do in my RouterOS to stop this high session count in the Idirect Netmodem

you should use the firewall filter to block un wanted and un necessary ports and to block the viruses from reaching both the internet and your users .
this will help .
now i am putting a two way modem only to supply the MikroTik server access to DNS while other internet systems to supply client access to internet .
