We recently tried replacing our 3 main nodes with 3 RB433Ah's each with one X52 card going to 120deg sector ant. After only an hour, one of the radio started having problems hearing clients, signals jumped from -67 to -81, and so on, most client lost their connections all together. Shortly there after, the other 2 nodes experienced the same problem to differing degrees. We replaced the cards with RB52H with only a slight improvement, replaced boards with new RB433AH's with no improvement. We have the same boards and cards running at 4 other locations, 2 with splitters work flawless, but another with a splitter and one with an omni have the same problems. We put an old Senao card into the one with a splitter that was having problems and it is working like it should!

All settings are set to default except SSID.

Have you tried switching from antenna A to antenna B? If you had the wrong antenna selected it is entirely possible you burned the card.

Yes, we had tried switching to antenna b, and could not hear anything. We even tried switching to antenna b with the pigtail with no improvement.
