Can any one tell me how to upgrade mik OS 2.9.51 TO v3.11 or more than that...
plz help me out....

copy new files( http://www.mikrotik.com/download/all_pa ... 6-3.16.zip ) to MT ftp server and reboot.

First check 'system license' and make sure that it says "Upgradable To: v3.x".
If not then you need to buy a new RouterOS license.
If it is allowed then you can just drag the correct upgrade file to the files area using Winbox and then reboot.
